Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, including lead follow-ups, proposal preparation, and client coordination.
- Actively contribute to marketing department initiatives, including campaign execution and performance monitoring.
- Manage end-to-end project documentation, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met with precision.
- Foster long-term relationships with existing clients through consistent engagement and professional support.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends and suggest improvements for higher conversion rates.
- Coordinate between cross-functional departments to ensure internal alignment on project goals.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations for management reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales support, project coordination, or administrative role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to articulate company values clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on results and continuous process improvement.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Selangor region as required for client meetings.
