Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end travel reservations including flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation packages
- Convert customer inquiries into sales through persuasive product knowledge and solution-based recommendations
- Maintain accurate reservation records and optimize booking systems for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with hotels, airlines, and tour operators to secure competitive rates and availability
- Proactively identify upselling opportunities to maximize revenue and enhance client itineraries
- Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies and product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in sales or customer service within the travel industry
- Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and Tagalog
- Strong negotiation abilities and results-driven sales mindset
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Valid NBI clearance and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
