In this role, you will be the voice of our brand, engaging with customers to understand their needs, resolve concerns, and identify opportunities to upsell or retain their loyalty. Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Identify customer pain points and provide tailored solutions to ensure long-term retention.
- Actively upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) by providing empathetic and accurate support.
- Document customer interactions and account updates accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs), including retention rates and sales targets.
- Collaborate with team members and management to refine sales techniques and improve service quality.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales, retention, or customer service role (BPO background preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
- High level of comfort using CRM software and multi-channel support tools.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Santo Tomas, Laguna, including flexible shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
