As our Sales and Training Specialist, you will be the vital link between our brand and our customers, retail partners, and clinic networks. In this hybrid role, you will leverage your unique blend of sales acumen and training expertise to drive growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive training programs for retail staff and beauty therapists, translating complex dermatological science into compelling stories that sell. You will actively drive sales targets, conduct in-store, virtual, and group training sessions, and ensure our brand standards and messaging are consistently delivered with passion and precision across all touchpoints.

Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging, interactive training sessions (in-store, virtual, and classroom) on Dermalogica product knowledge, skin analysis, and sales techniques for retail partners and internal teams.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets by actively supporting key retail and clinic accounts through product demonstrations, consultancy, and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and update training materials, manuals, and digital content to ensure alignment with the latest Dermalogica research, product launches, and brand standards.
- Conduct regular field visits to partner outlets to provide coaching, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for upskilling and sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, beauty therapists, and clinic staff, positioning yourself as the go-to skin health expert.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional events, roadshows, and trade shows, ensuring a high-quality brand experience.
- Track and report training effectiveness, sales performance data, and market feedback to management, contributing to strategy refinement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to continuously enhance your knowledge and training content.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of proven experience in a Sales and Training role within the premium skincare, beauty, or cosmeceutical industry.
- Certified Dermalogica Skin Therapist or extensive hands-on experience with Dermalogica products is highly advantageous.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and educate diverse audiences.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and targets.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities and accounts effectively.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the East Region and selected partner locations across Singapore.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams) is a plus.
