Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned revenue targets and market penetration goals.
- Provide expert technical advice and application support to clients regarding piping systems, specifications, and installations.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to assess project requirements and identify potential cross-selling opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and detailed project proposals to key stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and consultants.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and initial inquiry to technical negotiation and final closing.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering team to provide feedback on product performance and client-specific customization needs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or application engineering, preferably in the construction or piping industry.
- Strong understanding of piping system design, materials, and fluid dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and growing market segments.
- High proficiency in technical documentation, proposal writing, and presentation software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Licensed Engineer (PRC) is a distinct advantage.
