Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical consultations and system solutions for industrial automation requirements
- Develop customized product demonstrations and application-specific training materials
- Collaborate with sales teams to convert technical specifications into commercial proposals
- Conduct site surveys and troubleshoot instrumentation systems across industrial facilities
- Prepare technical documentation including quotations, specifications, and installation guides
- Monitor market trends and competitor technologies to refine solution offerings
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in engineering and procurement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales engineering or technical support roles
- Strong knowledge of industrial automation systems, PLCs, and process instrumentation
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into commercial solutions
- Certifications in industrial automation or process control preferred
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with technical audiences
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin advantageous
