In this role, you will serve as the bridge between our technical engineering capabilities and our clients' needs, driving revenue growth while ensuring customer satisfaction through expert product application.
As a Sales & Application Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, while providing in-depth technical support. You will work closely with our engineering team to develop custom solutions for complex industrial processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals for valve and instrumentation products.
- Provide detailed technical application support and product demonstrations to potential clients to address their specific industrial challenges.
- Conduct site surveys and technical evaluations to understand customer requirements and recommend optimal solutions.
- Liaise with internal engineering teams to develop custom valve and instrumentation configurations tailored to client specifications.
- Prepare accurate technical quotations, proposals, and sales reports on a regular basis.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and new prospects in the manufacturing and process industries.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to ensure Precision Control remains market-leading.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the valve, instrumentation, or industrial automation industry.
- Strong technical understanding of fluid dynamics, process control, and industrial valves.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Valid Malaysian driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented work ethic.
