Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the designated area.
- Identify and acquire new retail partners and distribution channels to expand market reach.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer loyalty and consistent order volume.
- Conduct regular market analysis and competitor monitoring to provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and after-sales support.
- Monitor product stock levels at the retailer level to ensure optimal availability and prevent stockouts.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations regarding regional performance and future sales projections.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the consumer goods or retail industry.
- Deep understanding of the local market in the Bekasi and West Java region.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and administrative tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C or A) and personal transportation.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to exceed performance expectations.
