PT Baja Tirta Sentosa is a dynamic and growing company within the retail and consumer goods industry. We are currently seeking a results-oriented and energetic Sales Area professional to join our team in Bogor. In this role, you will be the face of our company in the field, responsible for driving sales performance, building strong relationships with retail partners, and ensuring our product availability across the designated territory.

As a Sales Area representative, you will play a critical role in executing our distribution strategy. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent negotiation skills, and is passionate about achieving sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing retail clients and potential customers within the assigned territory.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective territory management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Ensure optimal product display, stock availability, and visibility at all retail outlets.
  • Execute promotional activities and product launches in accordance with company marketing strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback to management.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably Business, Marketing, or Management.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, ideally within the retail or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
  • High level of self-motivation, target-oriented mindset, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C or SIM A) and own a vehicle for daily field mobility.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite for reporting and administrative tasks.
  • Strong knowledge of the Bogor area and local retail market dynamics is a significant advantage.
