Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage and expand the distribution network within the assigned area.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with retail partners and distributors.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for growth.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and feedback from the field.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven working experience as a Sales Area, Sales Supervisor, or similar role in the FMCG/Retail industry is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of the local market dynamics in Sragen and surrounding areas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C or A) and own a vehicle.
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision while achieving ambitious KPIs.
