Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new retail partners in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by driving product availability and visibility.
- Monitor stock levels at retail outlets and ensure timely replenishment.
- Execute promotional activities and product displays to boost consumer engagement.
- Conduct regular field visits to identify new market opportunities and competitor activities.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the sales management team.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1 year of experience in sales, especially in consumer goods, is a plus.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and a motorcycle.
- Deep familiarity with the Batang area and its geography.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive nature.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
- Honest, highly motivated, and resilient under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or mobile-based reporting tools.
