Tanggung Jawab
- Overseeing daily sales operations and strategic initiatives within the Banjarmasin area.
- Managing, training, and motivating a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed targets.
- Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring optimal product availability.
- Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, brand standards, and safety regulations.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management or retail operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse and high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic sales software.
- Ability to travel within the assigned area as required.
