Gardenia Bakeries Philippines is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Area Coordinator to join our expanding team in the Albay, Bicol Region. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily sales operations within the assigned district to ensure maximum product availability.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve distribution efficiency.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with distributors, transporters, and key accounts.
- Monitor inventory levels at depots and distribution points to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize delivery routes and schedules for better efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety standards, and product quality requirements during transport.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, distribution management, or the FMCG industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Bicol Region as required by the job function.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Valid driver’s license is a significant advantage.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
