Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and coordinate daily sales operations within the assigned district to ensure maximum product availability.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve distribution efficiency.
  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with distributors, transporters, and key accounts.
  • Monitor inventory levels at depots and distribution points to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize delivery routes and schedules for better efficiency.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety standards, and product quality requirements during transport.

Kualifikasi

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, distribution management, or the FMCG industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Bicol Region as required by the job function.
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Valid driver’s license is a significant advantage.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
