Trio Distribution is a dynamic leader in the distribution sector, and we are looking for a highly motivated Sales Area Manager to join our team in Jakarta Pusat. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our regional market growth, responsible for implementing strategic sales plans and ensuring the consistent achievement of distribution targets.
You will lead field operations, nurture key client relationships, and oversee product availability across your designated territory. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective regional sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly distribution targets.
- Manage, coach, and monitor the performance of field sales teams to ensure excellence in execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust tactical approaches proactively.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with key retail partners and outlets.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify growth opportunities and resolve distribution bottlenecks.
- Ensure 100% product availability and optimal visibility across all assigned retail channels.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory turnover, and market feedback for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales or distribution, preferably within the FMCG or retail industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing territory operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate field teams.
- Proficient in sales reporting, data analysis, and using CRM or Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the designated Jakarta Pusat area.
