In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our premium LED TV series across the territory. You will act as the strategic face of the brand, working closely with local dealers and distributors to expand our market presence and secure a significant share of the consumer electronics market. Your success will directly contribute to the company's growth and brand recognition in the region.

Key to this position is your ability to build and nurture a robust dealer network. You will be tasked with identifying new business opportunities, managing existing relationships, and ensuring our products are effectively promoted to end consumers. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed area revenue targets for LED TV products.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage a network of authorized dealers and distributors to maximize market coverage.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute local promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Ensure optimal stock levels and inventory management through regular coordination with logistics and supply chain.
  • Conduct regular dealer visits and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge among the team.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance and forecast future growth.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a strong preference for experience in the consumer electronics or home appliance industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing dealer networks and achieving aggressive sales quotas.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and mentor sales teams.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the Kepri, Riau, and West Sumatra regions.
