Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and develop the sales territory in Tegal, including identifying key business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners to ensure high retention.
- Conduct regular market visits and analyze local competition to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely product delivery.

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a managerial or area sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) and access to a vehicle.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a significant advantage.
