Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular scheduled visits to retail outlets to ensure product availability and display standards
- Implement NOO (New Outlet Opening) procedures and expand distribution network
- Monitor sales performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and store managers
- Collect market intelligence and competitor information for strategic planning
- Coordinate product promotions and merchandising activities in assigned territory
- Submit detailed sales reports and performance metrics to management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA) with preference for D3/S1 graduates
- 1+ years of experience in sales or retail management
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build professional relationships
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Palembang
- Basic computer literacy for reporting and inventory systems
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with clear communication abilities
