Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets in designated Jawa Tengah territories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and end-customers
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure optimal product visibility and merchandising standards
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Provide timely sales reports and customer feedback to the regional sales manager
- Coordinate with distribution teams to ensure seamless product availability
- Train retail staff on product features and promotional campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Residency in Semarang, Kudus, Solo, Magelang, or surrounding areas strongly preferred
- Valid driver's license and willingness for extensive regional travel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer-first mindset
- Basic proficiency in sales reporting tools and MS Office
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Target-driven attitude with problem-solving aptitude
- Experience in FMCG/retail sales is advantageous but not required
