We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Area professional to join our team in Brebes. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our business partners and clients, responsible for driving market growth, expanding our distribution network, and ensuring excellence in service delivery.

As our Sales Area representative, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our brand presence within the Central Java region. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about sales, excels at building long-term relationships, and is capable of executing strategic sales plans to meet ambitious company targets. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share in the assigned area.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing retail partners and distributors.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and product availability.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis for the management team.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Area, or relevant role in the consumer goods industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of the retail landscape in the Brebes and surrounding Central Java area.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and travel frequently within the assigned territory.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license (SIM A/C) and own vehicle is highly preferred.
