Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the Tegal area.
  • Identify and prospect new retail outlets and partners to expand our distribution network.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to provide actionable market intelligence to the management team.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, visit summaries, and forecasts for the regional sales manager.
  • Conduct regular site visits to retail partners to ensure proper product display, stock availability, and merchandising standards.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to issues promptly to maintain brand reputation.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar field-based sales role for at least 1-2 years.
  • Deep understanding of the local market landscape in Tegal and surrounding areas.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel for reporting purposes.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license (SIM C/A) and have access to a personal vehicle.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the designated territory.
