As a Sales Area representative, you will be the face of our company in the field. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our distribution partners, expanding our market presence, and ensuring that our product availability meets the demands of local retailers. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new retail partners in the Pemalang area.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Conduct regular site visits to retail outlets to ensure optimal product placement and visibility.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including order processing, delivery tracking, and payment collection.
- Prepare regular sales reports and activity forecasts for the area.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any field (Marketing, Business, or related studies preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar field-based sales role.
- Strong understanding of retail dynamics and consumer goods distribution in Central Java.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and high integrity.
- Strong analytical skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Willing to be mobile and travel extensively within the assigned Pemalang territory.
