Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets within the assigned Bohol territory.
- Proactively scout and onboard new merchant partners to expand the Skyro service network.
- Provide comprehensive product training and support to merchant staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and report progress to regional management regularly.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and operational guidelines at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven experience in field sales, retail management, or fintech promotion is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and the local dialect.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of self-motivation, independence, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in basic mobile applications and digital reporting tools.
- Ability to thrive in a field-based role with significant local travel within Bohol.
