In this role, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for cultivating strong relationships with Point-of-Sale (POS) partners and driving sales productivity within your assigned territory.
As a Sales Area Specialist, you won't just be hitting targets; you will be acting as a consultant for our retail partners, ensuring they have the tools, training, and support needed to provide seamless financing solutions to their customers. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage strong relationships with existing and new POS retail partners.
- Conduct regular training sessions for partner store staff on Skyro product offerings and digital application processes.
- Monitor territory performance metrics and implement strategies to boost productivity and conversion rates.
- Execute local marketing and brand visibility initiatives at partner locations.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and credit policies during the sales process.
- Gather market feedback and competitor insights to provide regular reports to the management team.
- Resolve partner concerns or operational issues promptly to maintain service excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in field sales, retail management, or partnership development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and train others.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of the local market in Oriental Mindoro is a distinct advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.
- Must be willing to travel within assigned areas as required.
