Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales productivity by actively engaging with customers at partner POS locations.
- Conduct regular training sessions for partner staff to ensure product knowledge and sales excellence.
- Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with retail partners to ensure Skyro remains the preferred choice.
- Monitor and analyze daily sales performance, providing insights and feedback to management.
- Ensure that all promotional materials and branding are correctly displayed and maintained at partner sites.
- Manage the end-to-end customer application process, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Resolve partner and customer concerns promptly to maintain high service standards.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in Sales, Retail, or Field Marketing, preferably in the financial services or tech industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently while remaining accountable to team targets and KPIs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in using mobile applications and basic office productivity tools.
- Willingness to travel locally within Iloilo to visit various POS locations.
