Skyro is currently seeking a high-energy Sales Area Specialist (ALDI) to join our growing team in Oroquieta City. As a key member of our field operations, you will be the face of Skyro, responsible for driving merchant productivity, delivering high-impact training, and fostering long-term relationships with our Point of Sale (POS) partners.
In this role, you won't just be hitting targets; you will be instrumental in ensuring our partners have the tools, knowledge, and motivation to thrive. Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales performance across assigned partner stores to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Conduct regular, engaging training sessions for partner staff on Skyro products, systems, and processes.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing POS partners to ensure high levels of satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Perform regular site visits to monitor compliance, visual merchandising standards, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze sales data and partner performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and resolve bottlenecks.
- Ensure all marketing materials and collateral are effectively displayed and utilized at the point of sale.
- Collaborate with internal teams to relay market feedback and improve product adoption.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in field sales, trade marketing, or retail operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage a schedule covering multiple locations within the area.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and professional work ethic.
- Excellent command of English and local dialects is a significant advantage.
