- Implement sales strategies to boost productivity and market share in assigned territory
- Develop and deliver comprehensive product knowledge and sales training programs
- Manage and strengthen partnerships with Point of Sale (POS) providers
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure merchandising standards and promotional execution
- Analyze sales performance data and provide actionable insights for improvement
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute regional promotional activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail account managers
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in retail or FMCG industry
- Strong training and team development capabilities
- Proven track record in managing retail partnerships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Pangasinan market dynamics advantageous
