We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Area professional to join our team in Sukoharjo. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular visits to retail outlets to ensure optimal product placement, visibility, and stock availability.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with store owners, managers, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing to identify new opportunities for business expansion.
- Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments from clients in the area.
- Prepare periodic sales performance reports and provide constructive feedback to the sales management team.
- Resolve customer complaints or product issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or Area Sales in the FMCG or retail industry is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and own a personal vehicle for field mobility.
- Deep understanding of the local market landscape in Sukoharjo and surrounding areas of Jawa Tengah.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) for reporting purposes.
