Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing retail clients in the Wonogiri area.
  • Execute daily sales visits to ensure consistent product availability and optimal shelf placement.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and distribution KPIs.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing to provide strategic feedback to the management team.
  • Collect and process orders accurately while ensuring timely delivery schedules.
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and territory performance updates for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Field Marketing, or Taking Order roles (experience in FMCG is a significant advantage).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
  • Deep understanding of the local market in Wonogiri and surrounding areas.
  • High level of integrity, discipline, and a target-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in the field.
  • Proficiency in using mobile sales applications or basic digital tools for reporting.
