Tanggung Jawab
- Support the sales team in daily administrative operations to ensure target KPIs are met.
- Manage professional correspondence with prospective and existing clients via email and phone.
- Prepare high-quality sales proposals, contracts, and presentations for client meetings.
- Assist in executing lead generation strategies and qualifying inbound inquiries.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client information and interaction history.
- Coordinate internal meetings and follow-ups to keep the sales pipeline moving efficiently.
- Prepare weekly sales activity reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience with CRM software is a definite advantage.
