We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales department, ensuring that our operations run smoothly, contracts are handled with precision, and our customers receive timely billing and support.

You will play a critical role in facilitating sales processes, coordinating with various departments, and contributing to the overall success of our sales targets. Tanggung Jawab

  • Draft, review, and manage professional sales contracts and Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) documents with high accuracy.
  • Oversee the full-cycle billing process, ensuring timely and error-free invoicing for all customers.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for all sales-related documentation, both physical and digital.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to assist in preparation of presentations and client proposals.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding account status and billing discrepancies in a professional manner.
  • Update and manage the company CRM database to ensure all client data is current and accurate.
  • Monitor contract expiration dates and initiate renewal processes as required.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Sales Department to improve overall team productivity.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills in both Indonesian and English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize urgent tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Understanding of basic medical device distribution or sales processes is considered a plus.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential company information.
