Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and product consultations to clients visiting our showroom
- Assist in sales transactions, processing payments, and maintaining accurate sales records
- Support visual merchandising efforts to create an attractive and organized display environment
- Coordinate inventory management, including stock tracking and replenishment activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Conduct follow-up communications with potential and existing clients to nurture relationships
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; college degree in business or design preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service role
