Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable electronic products and accessories.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual monthly sales targets to maximize commission earnings.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all gadgets, smartphones, and accessories.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Assist in maintaining store visual merchandising standards and product display shelves.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Assist with inventory management, stock receiving, and stock counts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least SPM / STPM / Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the retail or sales industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and has a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Passionate about the latest technology and electronic gadgets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess own transport and a valid driving license.
