All Gadget is currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Assistant to join our expanding team in Puchong, Selangor. We are looking for individuals who are proactive, consistent, and aggressive in chasing sales targets. Successful candidates can expect to earn a monthly commission ranging from RM 3,000 to RM 5,000, making this an excellent role for sales professionals looking to boost their income.
As a Sales Assistant at All Gadget, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for our diverse clientele. Your role will involve assisting customers with product inquiries, recommending suitable gadgets, and closing sales effectively. We pride ourselves on a dynamic work environment where hard work is rewarded. You will work closely with the store management team to ensure high standards of customer service and store operations are maintained at all times.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Drive sales by actively promoting products and upselling to meet daily and monthly targets.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to handle cash and credit transactions.
- Organize merchandise displays to maintain an appealing and well-stocked store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or damages to the store manager.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Proactive, consistent, and aggressive attitude towards achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse customer base.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.
