Tanggung Jawab
- Provide personalized product recommendations to customers based on their vision needs and lifestyle preferences
- Process sales transactions accurately while maintaining high standards of cash handling
- Manage inventory control, including stock replenishment and display organization
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly sales targets and promotional goals

Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent with strong interest in retail sales
- 1-2 years experience in customer service or retail sales preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse customers
- Basic mathematical aptitude for handling transactions and inventory
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
