Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in finding frames and lenses that suit their needs and style.
- Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the retail store displays.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Provide basic product information and explain the features and benefits of various eyewear brands.
- Manage inventory levels, including restocking shelves and tracking stock movement.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns with a professional and helpful attitude.
- Perform administrative duties to support store operations as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Excellent communication skills in Malay and English.
- Pleasant personality with a focus on delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
- Basic computer literacy for handling transaction systems.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team environment.
