Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to provide a top-tier shopping experience.
- Proactively identify customer needs and offer product recommendations to maximize sales.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising and ensure inventory is displayed attractively.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory counts, and inform management of low-stock items.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with patience and effective problem-solving skills.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe retail environment at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Proficient in basic mathematics for transaction processing and inventory management.
- Energetic, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in using computer systems or POS software.
