Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the end-to-end processing of sales orders and ensuring accurate data entry into the system.
  • Follow up with customers to provide order status updates and resolve inquiries promptly.
  • Prepare and maintain regular sales reports and statistics for management review.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Manage customer records and update the CRM database with new information.
  • Handle general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Support the senior sales team with proposals, quotations, and contract documentation.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or SPM qualification with a certificate in Business Administration or Sales.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales administration or a related field.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or CRM software is an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
