Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the end-to-end processing of sales orders and ensuring accurate data entry into the system.
- Follow up with customers to provide order status updates and resolve inquiries promptly.
- Prepare and maintain regular sales reports and statistics for management review.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Manage customer records and update the CRM database with new information.
- Handle general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Support the senior sales team with proposals, quotations, and contract documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or SPM qualification with a certificate in Business Administration or Sales.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales administration or a related field.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or CRM software is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
