As a Sales Assistant, you will play a critical role in driving sales, maintaining store standards, and fostering positive relationships with our clientele. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and current promotions.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the sales floor and display areas.
- Manage inventory levels, including restocking shelves and organizing storage areas.
- Achieve and exceed daily or monthly individual and store sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively and calmly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in using computers and digital POS systems.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English proficiency is a plus.
- Well-groomed appearance and a service-oriented mindset.
