Tanggung Jawab
- Provide world-class customer service by actively engaging with visitors and assisting with product selections.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the flagship store to reflect the brand's aesthetic.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Keep updated on product knowledge, including the cultural stories behind our textile designs.
- Maintain store cleanliness and inventory organization on the sales floor.
- Handle stock replenishment and ensure product displays are always neatly arranged.
- Assist in store events and promotional activities as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Prior experience in retail, particularly in fashion or lifestyle brands, is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and willing to work on weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating shift schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and a proactive, positive attitude.
