Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service and product information to all clients
- Handle sales transactions efficiently and accurately using our POS system
- Organize and maintain attractive product displays to maximize customer interest
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and follow-up communications
- Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery
- Contribute to achieving sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
