Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Actively promote and sell a diverse range of international lifestyle and fashion products.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Manage inventory, including restocking shelves and organizing storage areas.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to shoppers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is highly preferred.
- Professional appearance and an energetic, outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong interest in fashion and international lifestyle brands.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with POS technology.
- Positive attitude and a target-driven mindset.
