Tanggung Jawab
- Actively solicit and acquire new business from potential and inactive clients within the banking network.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and profitability goals on a monthly basis.
- Provide detailed product information and presentations to customers regarding bancassurance products.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with bank branch managers and team members to maximize sales opportunities.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor products to provide competitive advice to clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in Bancassurance, insurance, or financial services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse customer groups.
- Highly target-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding KPIs.
- Familiarity with banking products, insurance policies, and financial planning concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
- Willingness to work full-time in the Makati office.
