Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Coordinator and Supervisor in daily store operations and inventory management.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and ensure products are displayed attractively according to brand guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers in finding products and answering product-related inquiries.
- Execute stock replenishment and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with regular stock takes to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Support the team in achieving daily and weekly sales targets through active engagement.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions efficiently and accurately during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, preferably in consumer electronics or gadget stores, is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and stand for long periods.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a positive mindset.
- Flexible to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be based in or willing to work in the Magelang area.
