Are you passionate about consumer technology and retail excellence? Mitra Adiperkasa (MAP) is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Assistant to join our DIGIMAP/DIGIPLUS team in Banjarmasin. As a leader in the Indonesian retail landscape, we are looking for individuals who can provide top-tier service to our customers while maintaining high standards of merchandise management.
In this role, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and that our store remains a destination for technology enthusiasts. You will work closely with store supervisors to optimize product displays and maintain stock accuracy, playing a vital role in our regional success.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Coordinator and Supervisor in daily operational store activities.
- Manage merchandise, including receiving, tagging, and organizing stock on the sales floor.
- Provide exceptional product knowledge and customer service to drive sales targets.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure shelf readiness/planogram compliance.
- Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and an appealing layout in the sales area.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Support promotional activities and seasonal sales events within the store.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, particularly in consumer electronics, is a strong advantage.
- Passionate about gadget technology (Apple products, accessories, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a friendly, energetic personality.
- Reside in or willing to be placed in Banjarmasin, Kalimantan Selatan.
