Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and product demonstrations to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Support the Store Coordinator and Supervisor in effective merchandise management and inventory control.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising to ensure products are displayed attractively and correctly.
- Assist in daily store operations, including stock replenishment, handling transactions, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Execute sales targets by proactively engaging with customers and identifying their technology needs.
- Assist in inventory auditing and reporting to ensure accurate stock records.
- Maintain a deep and up-to-date knowledge of the latest DIGIMAP/DIGIPLUS product lines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Passion for technology, gadgets, and Apple-related ecosystems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle flexible working shifts (including weekends and holidays).
- High attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive physical tasks related to merchandise stocking.
- Relevant retail experience is preferred but fresh graduates with strong enthusiasm are encouraged to apply.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a commitment to high service standards.
