Are you a tech enthusiast with a passion for retail excellence? Mitra Adiperkasa (MAP Group) is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Assistant to join our DIGIMAP/DIGIPLUS team in Pematang Siantar. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring that our showroom remains immaculate, products are well-presented, and customers receive expert guidance to find the right solutions for their needs. You will work closely with the store management team to maintain operational standards and drive sales performance in a fast-paced retail environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist store coordinators and supervisors in daily inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Provide professional, friendly, and knowledgeable assistance to customers regarding product features and benefits.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to ensure the sales floor is attractive and organized.
- Execute daily store operations including product display setup, tagging, and maintenance of shop cleanliness.
- Process transactions accurately and provide seamless after-sales support.
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to the management team promptly.
- Contribute to achieving monthly store sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, particularly in consumer electronics or gadgets, is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, high-traffic retail environment.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Energetic, fast-learner, and capable of working both independently and within a team.
