Tanggung Jawab
- Assisting the store supervisor and coordinator in managing daily merchandise and inventory levels.
- Providing professional product knowledge and recommendations to customers regarding the latest gadgets and electronics.
- Ensuring the sales floor is well-organized, clean, and follows visual merchandising standards.
- Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Supporting store operational tasks including stock counting, receiving shipments, and security protocols.
- Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive service and problem-solving.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, especially in electronic or gadget stores, is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate fluently and professionally.
- Passionate about technology, specifically Apple or premium electronic brands.
- Willing to work on a contract basis and follow shifting schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit, energetic, and highly disciplined with a professional appearance.
- Domiciled in or willing to be placed in the Pontianak area.
