Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Coordinator and Supervisor in daily operational tasks and store maintenance.
- Execute product display and visual merchandising standards to enhance customer appeal.
- Provide exceptional product knowledge and consultative sales support to customers.
- Maintain stock accuracy and assist with regular inventory audits and replenishment.
- Ensure the store environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide solutions to ensure total satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a retail, sales, or customer service environment is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle shift work.
- Proficient in basic computer and POS systems.
- Willing to be placed in the Cirebon area.
- Fast learner with a passion for technology and gadgets.
