Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Coordinator and Supervisor in daily operational store activities.
- Manage merchandise inventory, including stocking, display maintenance, and replenishing product levels on the sales floor.
- Provide friendly, professional, and informative service to all customers to drive brand loyalty and sales.
- Support in-store promotions, product launches, and visual merchandising updates.
- Perform regular stock counts and ensure accurate reporting of product movement.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal in accordance with DIGIPLUS guidelines.
- Handle POS (Point of Sale) transactions and assist in the customer checkout process when required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, particularly in electronics or lifestyle products, is a significant advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working effectively within a team.
- Basic understanding of digital and mobile technology products.
- Reliable, punctual, and possess a professional appearance.
- Must be willing to be placed in the Karawang area.
