As a Sales Executive, you will be empowered to engage with customers, manage inventory displays, and play a vital role in meeting our store's monthly targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with walk-in customers to identify their needs and provide expert product recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to enhance the shopping experience and attract customers.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system while ensuring a seamless checkout process.
- Actively contribute to reaching and exceeding individual and store-wide sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, including restocking shelves and performing routine stock counts.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail floor.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; candidates with a Diploma or Degree in Business or Marketing are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak fluently in Malay and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a team.
- Basic computer literacy for processing orders and managing inventory data.
